    I had stopped by SO after hearing of issues with deliveries. Until I logged in, had no idea how bad things were. I did order a bolt carrier assembly from them, online, and it seemed to take a looooong time to ship.

    We could form a posse, and descend upon them.......

    Jeeze, now I'm thinking about posse.....

    Good/bad/right or wrong we have allowed all the posts and replies. The fact that now you want to carry on at the staff of a private site will go no further.

    Just sent SO a request of repair or refund of my defective lowers (heavy drag inserting and removing the magazine). I'll keep you informed as to their level of customer service.

    Personally at this point after waiting over a year and then getting a defective product, I just want to return them and get a refund.

    I got a hold of Paul Russ the owner and requested a refund. He informed me that a refund would happen by August 8th. I hope it does, this has been a dreadful 5 months. I'll keep you posted.

    I forced the refund by calling my credit card company; they handled it, refunded my money as soon as I called, and I got notice from ShadowOps a couple of weeks later that my order was cancelled.

    Word is the have new investors filling up the till again, my guess is that's what he's waiting for.

    how long after you placed your initial order did you dispute the charge with the CC company?

    I placed my order on 4/9/14 and called the CC mid July.
