While usually I'd jump on board people for being dumb. And if it was any kind of extended belligerentness I'd agree. Sometimes I dont wonder if they are so quick to jump the gun and drop him he doesnt get more than a 5-10 second window if that. Consider it as a non gun owner. Might be more confused since he knows he isn't armed and doesn't get the seriousness of having anything vaguely gunlike in front of a cop.
