Thermal works during the day just fine. They said they were using it on the scanner about an hour ago.

Several credible sources say police were searching for Farooq Saeed. I wouldn't read too far into it, doesn't mean as a suspect. I've checked to make sure the name wasn't something like a 4chan meme and it appears to be legitimate. Some witness descriptions are of three males, ski masks and armored vests, all with long beards. Again, I wouldn't read too far into it.

This is getting interesting, but I suspect if it goes further in that direction, aspects of this may get buried as this *could* be disastrous for the political left.

They said something very similar to that last name on the scanner early on. I didn't catch the first name.
Name came about because it was an employee that was acting strange and left work early. 3 mins later, shooting started.
All of this is how I heard it on the scanner, not hard verified fact at this point.
