Yup. Those are the Ski birds from the New York Guard. They run the Antarctic missions. Most of their planes have the new 8 bladed prop and new engines which are kick ass.
Antartica is the only pin I have left to put on a map. I volunteered to spend a winter down on the ice with them, but it didn't work out. One day I will make it there.
