I will point out for all who answered 'b' that treason doesn't necessarily involve death of another person. You may know that and still want to check that box and that's fine but the high number of responses there indicated to me that some people might not have thought about it.

IMHO, There are certainly more acts of egregious violence and mayhem for which the death penalty is a suitable punishment to hand out.

Agreed, I was simply pointing out one criminal violation which already mandates the death sentence and doesn't require the death of another person.
