I listen to an audio book on my phone. It takes me a couple months to finish anything because I usually fall asleep after 5 minutes.

I read about finances of solar stuff (electronics) to fall asleep. If I listen to a financial podcast, that will do it as well. Actually, pretty much any podcast if I'm even remotely tired.

Candle light is a good start....nice mood setting. Some nice aroma candles.........80/90 hypoid, maybe some full synthetic Mobile 1. Get the room all ready, you know....and then bring in the midgets. I know, I know....some of them like being called "little people", but the ones I know don't have a problem with the reality of being called midgets.

Have 'em wear cute little over alls, crotchless of course.....and then see how far we can toss them. Onto a cushioned landing area per OSHA specifications....no skirting the laws for me.

Listen to music, read, go for a drive in the country with my wife if I can afford the gas. Sometimes I re-clean my guns just to be sure. Jump on the forum or scan Armslist. I'll be heading back to the gym in July and that usually helped a bit.

As long as the weather is decent I hop on the motorcycle and get out of the metro area. Everything just melts away the further I go. Also taking the pooch for a nice long walk helps greatly. If it's night or bad weather I take a hot shower and grab an escapist book usually by either Robert Crais or Daniel Silvia.

Strangely, killing virtual prostitutes is pretty satisfying.
