Forgive some of my ignorance on the subject, but to be considered a handgun doesn’t rifling factor in somehow? Since the Shockwave has a smooth bore I wasn’t sure.

Also, the whole legality of the Shockwave is pretty much that it isn’t a handgun or a shotgun. Trying to claim it to be a handgun would go against its whole existence in the first place.
