Emissions is old and debunked given that emissions was set up to turn exhaust into CO2 mostly. When the current leftist boogie man is CO2 and its causing Climate Warming or Global Change or something stupid. Emissions needs to go away.

When the price of two or three tickets a year is cheaper than putting my vehicle on the road legally I’ll skip the e-tests and registration and just take my chances.
