Not sure how people find these articles which I ran across by chance but I thought it was pretty extreme for some words said via the net. Sign of the times I guess, amazing how things change.
No First Amendment
No First Amendment rights in the UK. Legally the Queen owns all her subjects and all the land. Some really stupid jurisprudence applied to her subjects too. You can get four years prison in the United Kingdom for a crime, that in the US won't even get you arrested. One guy took a bottle of water and was sentenced to prison. British taxpayers are thrilled over this, I am sure!
