The Zombie Crawl is coming up....

So would I get in trouble if I totally freaked out when seeing it on the news- locked and loaded and went shooting them? Would that work as a defense in court?
"Your honor, there were zombies everywhere downtown! I had to protect my fellow humans from them otherwise we'd be in some serious hot water!"

My buddy invited me to it, he's all excited about it and whatnot. I told him not unless I get to shooting zombies. Apparently he doesn't understand the 3S rule.

Don't go Stupid places to do Stupid things with Stupid people.
Downtown = stupid place.
Walking around with a big crowd of people in disguises that hide there identity = stupid thing for lots of reasons.
Stupid people = do I really need to get into this one?

Huh, I've tried to live by that philosophy for years.....didn't know it was a "rule"! And a good one at that. I sure broke that rule a lot in my youth though.

Atrain, the situation you described with the cat and mouse is the opposite of the removal of the will to live. The mouse was so determined to eat the cheese (to live) that it would let the cat eat it.

Of course whom ever told you that story was high on meth when they told you. Mice can't form complex thoughts like, "I can smell cheese on that cat's breath, so it must have recently eaten cheese. I assume that if the cat eats me, then I'll end up in the same place as the cheese. Therefore, I can then eat the cheese myself."

If they were able to form complex thoughts like that, then surely they'd be able to realize that being eaten would completely destroy themselves, and would not then be able to eat the cheese. Well, I guess maybe if they were on drugs they wouldn't catch that important part. I don't know though, I don't use mouse.

I was just curious to the whole zombie thing so I typed it in and that is one of the things I read. I just want to know why alot of people actually think zombies are going to attack us, I have come by some people who really think it is going to happen.

If liberals in their hybrids can sit around fantasizing about global warming and how their car is going to be the answer to it all.
I can sit around and think that my guns are going to save the planet from brain dead cannibals wanting my sweet sweet flesh.
Society could break down and zombies just want to mooch off me is a possible outcome.
CO2 being emitted by people and cars (cars were made to emit CO2 by the same hippy pukes that are claiming its causing global warming via emission devices hanging off your car wasting gas and robbing it of power) has the same outcome as zombies. Just the people get shot before they are already dead. (ask Stalin what happen to 50 million of his countrymen that were just as equal has him) Good cars get something poored into them to make the engine not function anymore. (e.g. Cash for clunkers)
But I digress, zombies would be just to fun to shoot. We like zombie movies too and movies have the escapist quality to them. And if you fantasize about shooting zombies you might have come to the realization that people suck and you just want to shoot them. But can't unless they are zombies.

Yes, it's real, the CDC really did it as a publicity stunt, for the same reason as described by others- preparing for such an event is also preparing for natural disasters, pandemic outbreak, etc..

Edit, I know you're talking about the Catalytic Converter, and I do know that it converts more harmful gasses into CO2... just hilarious to see it chalked up this way.
