Look here old man, you obviously have no clue what you are talking. Go take your gerital and take a nap. Come back when you can apply the same standards to everyone.

    I look it like this....

If someone threw a garbage bag full of money on your lawn/your property..

    ... who's returning it?

I don't necessarily think the guy should be charged with a crime but there is no doubt that he has to pay all of the money back. Just because someone else made a mistake doesn't mean that he gets to profit from it.

That would a a different dilemma entirely. You have an unmarked garbage bag filled with money in your front lawn.

Personally I would not spend a dime. Namely due to this guy showing up shortly to collect it.

Garbage bags filled with money do not just drop out of the sky. Someone is going to be looking for it. Hope you have you powder dry if you want to keep it.

If they weren't all in dollar bills... I'd move to Mexico and become a goat herder and change my name to Miguel, lol!

$70,000 isn't enough to do anything now these days...

... I would've sat on it for a little bit and waited even for a whole month

If it happened with my checking account... I'd sit on it for a month and collect my 10% interest... Then give it back...
