Like Cali and the the limiting the number of fast food places in a specific area to help not let people get so fat.
I believe in "Natural Consequences" goberment needs to stop telling people what to do, how to live, and think.

if you want to lower healthcare costs caused by fat people then get the government out of healthcare like it should be anyway. the answer is not regulations!! when are people going to learn!?
in private healthcare the solution would be if you are a fat ass then you pay more for healthcare... fat person then learns i should lose weight to save money
people have to have personal resposibility to be free people
if we are going to ban sugary yummy drinks cuz some people drink too much of it in addition to an unhealthy diet and become fat then maybe at the same time we should ban all ipads, laptops, computers, tvs, xbox, nintendo, playstations. after all these promote stationary lifestyles.

My feedback
Agreed! And not just about being a surrogate mommy regarding smoking and Big Gulps, but also healthcare. I believe we should couple individual freedom with personal responsibility. Do whatever you want to do to your own body. But then take responsibility for whatever mess you create, and pay for your own healthcare. I pay my own way in the world, and don't ask for handouts. I'm tired of giving them.
