I went to Rocky Mountain Driveline today. They checked out my shaft and they said that my front is okay to still drive on. The rear is getting worse with every mile. It clicks and clacks just on normal driving. So tomorrow I am getting a new shaft from them. I was going to throw it in myself but apparently there is a special torque wrench needed? The wrench is allegedly $80 which is what this shop is charging me to throw it in. Bottom line, after tomorrow I should be good to get out on the trail again!

How much were the shafts? I am sure I will need to do this as well...

That is not installed though. It looks they ended up changing the CV joins to a new type of mounting system now so the install is much different. They are charging $245 for the mounts and to balance/install it.
