Since handguns, shotguns and bolt action rifles are exemt, does that mean 13, 15 and 33 round mags for handguns are okay to possess? What about Saiga mags, 20 round mags for the Ruger bolt action rifles? Confusing on it's face to say the least.

Rich
The problem with gun control bills is that they are written by people who don't like guns, and therefore don't know enough about guns to explain the regulation in a fully intelligent and complete fashion. I guess that they can't even find a competent gun-knowledgeable person who is willling to sell their soul to the devil and write their bill for them. Oh well, more shoulder things that go up...Since handguns, shotguns and bolt action rifles are exempt, does that mean 13, 15 and 33 round mags for handguns are okay to possess? What about tubular magazine .22's?
What about lever action guns?
Since Colorado is 1 of 19 states that permit recall of state officials, I think we should start a petition for the recall of John Morse and any cosponsoring member of the General Assembly over this legislation.
It's a bit of an uphill proccess, but I'm game.

Secretary of State in CO is a Republican ... so it won't get shot down automatically.

Modern liberalism is based on the idea that reality is obligated to conform to one's beliefs because; "I have the right to believe whatever I want".
"Everything the State says is a lie, and everything it has it has stolen.

Just don't include Sen. Tochtrop in this bunch. You may not like her new bill to mandate face-to-face CCW training, but she is one of the reasons we even have a "shall issue" CCW program in this state.
In-Person Training for Concealed Carry Permits -- (Senator Lois Tochtrop, Representative Jenise May)
The legislation specifies that concealed carry permit holders, who are not exempt from training, must undergo training in-person. It prohibits training from being done online.
She will also be vital in stopping some of the other junk from getting passed.
All the others can go...
