Since Colorado is 1 of 19 states that permit recall of state officials, I think we should start a petition for the recall of John Morse and any cosponsoring member of the General Assembly over this legislation.

You want to increase the safety level of residents of CO ? Use better/more reflective paint on the lane markers. You cant see shit in a rain, let alone snow storm.

hahahahaha oh man I was complaining about this a week or so ago coming home from work on i-25 at night after it had just snowed. Nobody had a clue which lane they were in.
