    I can understand this in the context of the times. For the record my comment was about bad attitudes that persist through the "normal" times.

    All I can say is there are the gun shops out there doing it right and there are the ones that eventually inventory can't over come shit attitudes time after time.

    I avoid "local gunshops" like the plague; too much attitude, not enough knowledge and too high prices.

    Buy online and just use the shops for the transfer.

    The only point I see is that you haven't been to all the local gun shops. Some are asses. Some are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Two posts up would be the later, when he was open.

    Also- remember there are good days and bad days. A bad experience 3 years ago should not deter someone from revisiting an lgs. The staff has probably had a total turnover anywhere you go.
