Erin Burnett is covering this now. The NCIS has given information that this guy qualified as a marksman with the rifle and expert with the 9mm.

In other words he's not as good as he thinks he is, at least with the rifle. Sounds like he's in the mountains now so they will find him soon. He's no sniper based on his qualification so the mountains will by no means allow him to go on offense as effectively as when he shot-up those officers this morning.

I'm sure they have FLIR up, the dogs out and from the recent pictures of him he's not in great shape so I bet he can't get too far. My guess. Is they find him with a gun in his mouth...

No, but a dark truck in the dark is harder to identify than one in daylight or with the lights on. There is no excuse for the cops' behaviour, but I can see how they would claim that the truck looked similar to the one they were looking for, and it happened to stop in the wrong spot for the occupants.

I saw arial footage of the blue taco...looks like the bed was full of newspapers. I suspect that's why those women survived.

this video doesn't mention they didn't know what 1 MOA meant but Cooper only said that minutes ago on his show. Normally I steer clear of Anderson Cooper but nobody else is talking about this right now.
