Stay away from bread, learn to make your own soup, and I use popcorn and carrots as snack foods, but I love popcorn, I do use canola stuff and cheese. You have to change what you eat to keep it off. If any are willing, it's all easy. Staying away from GMO is good, but not a killer to the deal. I did mine on a budget, and to stay on that budget, I didn't buy any organics... Would it have been better if I did... ya, but it isn't a killer to the deal in any way. If these guys want to do the actual "reset", there is no eating. When it's done right, it's not hard at all to keep the weight off either. It took several months of shitty eating and fast food to gain my first pound back. I did it right though. As everything else, there is a right way to get the desired results, and there are other ways to get similar results, but the outcome will only be just that, similar.

My favorite thing of all time was the skittle drink... It was very healthy, but provided lots of natural sugars, so didn't help with the weight loss thing all that much.

Juice until you get 3 cups of liquid from carrots
    5 apples
    half a bushel of parsley
    1 1/2 lemons
    1 inch of ginger

The drink tastes exactly like a hand full of skittles. I can't remember the exact amount of carrots to be honest (haven't made it in a while). I'm pretty sure it was 3 cups though. The carrots are the base as you can see. I know the rest of the ingredients are correct, just wondering about the carrots.... If it is too sweet they way I have it listed above, add more carrot juice.... maybe I made 5 cups..... damn.......... Anyway, start with the above, add more carrots as needed.

Nice man. You been tracking your weight? As of this morning I'm officially an even 14lbs lighter than I was Monday morning.
I'm not fat, I'm tactically padded.

Really? I haven't experienced anything like that. I was tired of the food commercials but that was about it. My wife said I was a little bit cranky on I think it was day 4 but I feel like I had a valid reason and I would have been just as cranky on Taco Bell.

How can anyone who knows what they are talking about say that juicing which floods your body with everything that it needs, is unhealthy? I will say that if you don't have stored fat (which contains all the energy it needs), then a straight juice diet is a bad idea. However, if you have lots of weight, you have nothing to lose, and there is absolute nothing out there stated by anyone but ignorant skeptics that can make a legitimate claim that juicing is bad, and for overweight people, bad for long stretches. Fat *has all the calories your body needs, it also contains vitamins, and nutrients, not all, but a lot. And as I stated earlier, the ones that it doesn't contain, you can get from veggies, and spirulina, and bee pollen as an additive to your juice (B12 & protein).
Curious, are you a nutritionist, or a doctor? And aren't you worried about liability delving out advice without seeing the patient in person first?
