i think it was justified for the most part, but that being said he still had other options. if it was me i would have drawn my weapon about the same time he did, but i would have tried to scare it away a little more. after the first attack if the moose even looked at me funny again i would have taken it out, accept i would have quartered that thing and took it home and erased that video.

I am not an animal love and would love to shoot a moose with a legal tag but I believe this ride is wrong. He approached it.... Maybe if the video showed him waiting 10 mins or the moose approaching him that he would have been justified after the second charge.

No reason, for the shoot. He was the aggressor; should have sat , and waited to see if the lil moos went about his business. I hate to see majestic animals wasted for no reason!! If I was the Moose, and some little dude, on a noisy machine challenged me; I'd do the same.
