Once again , name calling to push the non-existent REGISTRATION off to the side . You've been shown before to have no solid proof of such. So keep up with that name calling it's increasing your fan base.

START a new thread / discussion where you present your argument of registration. Show me / the board your documentation of such . FACTS not well i know they have
BUT do it in a new thread and not walk over this OP's thread. IF not i or someone else will ask for this thread to be closed.

When you buy a firearm and do a backround check, do they record the serial number of the gun? Does that record go in the FFL's files? When the FFL closes his doors, where do the files go brainiac???? The firearm that previous had NO paperwork on it suddenly now is papered, and traceable. Now which constitutes a greater threat to gun ownership?? Where will they get the info to confiscate? Which is worse, guns that are able to be tracked to their owners, or some damn magazines held to a lower round count, when there are literally millions of the higher capacity ones already out there??? C'mon, you tell me. Did you guys lose logic somewhere? And by the way, go back to the first post, THIS IS MY THREAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your continual ad hominem attacks to support your position weakens your credibility more than you can imagine.

    Confiscate what?

I don't own any of those guns that went through an FFL's bound book. They were all lost in a tragic boating accident.

Loosen the tinfoil hat there shakey.

Yes, this is your thread, but let's look at your statement about logic:
Yes, through a VERY tedious and time consuming process, it is possible to track a lot of firearms to their specific owners through a paper trail, but your assertion of the automatic generation of "THE LIST" implies a tremendous amount of complicity by each and every FFL which conducts a completed firearms transfer. Possible? Sure. Likely? Not really, in my opinion. Is a BGC transferred firearm more susceptible to traceablity (sp?)? Yes. Is the .gov going to confiscate EVERY SINGLE FFL's disposition book(s) and create that list? If they do, we will likely be at the point that that is nowhere near the top of our worry list.

Just my opinion on it. Take it, or leave it.

OP was a statement about his concern as BB being the chosen candidate, so I guess if we don't get too far off-track from BB's ideals and likely stances, it's not derailed. But if we focus on specific law/policy already in place, then I guess we are off the tracks. Dunno.
