I essentially heard everything in this email during a phone conversation with Paul last spring. As a customer, I wasn't interested in who was right or wrong. I just wanted my order or my money back. I didn't get either so I resolved the issue with the credit card company. Regardless if you believe the failed orders and faulty merchandise came from bad management or the workforce leaving to start a new shop, this company and those involved left a lot of people high and dry. Because of that, I will not place any future orders with either company. Like HBARleathernecksaid, these items can be found from numerous providers; none of it is unique.

I would ban anyone who had anything to do with either company from advertising here or posting here. i hate crooks. I think his email is definitely plausible and other board members have stated the same thing in the past.

nobody is going to admit they are a crook. so, I dont believe either one of them.

of course its not my decision to make so it doesnt matter what I think. I hope this thread continues to shed light on the bad practices and decision making skills of ALL those involved.

neither one of these subpar companies has any products that are unique. there are tons of great companies in the US who will treat you right. gun companies, coating companies are a dime a dozen. no reason to spend money with either company and wonder if you will get fucked.
