Eotech getting sued?

I'm still on the fence about sending mine in... It's an EXPS2-0 that I bought from a member here- manufactured in 2015, so I only have the extreme temp loss of zero issue... I paid significantly less than MSRP...

I traded a handgun for my XPS and sent it in. Got $514 back. Similar build of 2015. Knowing the information at hand, I probably wouldn't have accepted the trade back then. That's how I looked at it.

This is kinda where I'm at- I have a similar situation... what did you replace yours with? That's probably what makes me hesitate- I'd want a reflex site with a different reticle than a simple dot. I've got a Bushnell TRS-25, and just not as quick with plain red dot.

I picked up a T1 from the forum here. Im waiting to grab another H1 from a local dealer once they get in stock. If I come across a cheap Eotech down the road, I'd probably pick it up. I did enjoy it but the trust was a big thing for me for such an expensive dot. But I assume at some point, Eotechs will drop to the ~$150-200 range once everyone ditches them and doesn't want them at all. Then I'd be willing to grab one and use it range only.
