Are there official indications that charges might be filed against the camper, or does it make you and your anti-gun "journalism" buddies feel better to say so?

That fool thought all of the state was like Denver/Boulder. Point gun > steal car > run from cops > repeat.
His play would have worked well in the shitty, not so much out in the counties. And that goes for all the homes as well.
Of course. This is when the "story" gets read so they can't just call it justified to encourage gun ownership. DougCo has said it looks like a self-defense shooting.
They will just decline to report any updates on the legal situation unless charges are filed.
