If the shooter had a trump sticker on his car we would know everything about him.

Shame on the Boulder PD and MSM for not calling this out for what it is/was.

What a bunch of shameless Woke Punks. Nice work as usual.

What is confusing to me are the statements that everything was purchased legally, followed up by listing illegal high capacity magazines as additional charges.

I hope that means he purchased mags out of state so some LGS doesn't end up under the hammer.

We watched the DA's public announcement Thursday. There was piecemeal release of information but new details were revealed. About 115 people were in the store at the time. The shooter had ten magazines, either on him or in his vehicle with more than 15 rounds in each magazine. New charges include possession of unlawful magazines in the commission of a crime. No details but they're also looking to where the mags were purchased.

Some 43 additional charges were filed including attempted murder against other store employees and responding officers. Apparently officer Talley entered by himself and was killed immediately. Two other officers entered 30 seconds later. All other victims were killed prior to officer Talley's entry. No one else was killed after the officer was shot. The perpetrator was shot in the leg by one of the two officers who entered after Officer Talley was shot. There was a rebut to the question of backup teams waiting 30 minutes to enter but no details were given.

    Clown world..

“A Boulder Police officer reportedly fired seven shots at the suspect, hitting him once. Dougherty says this is currently an ongoing investigation and a decision on if the officer-involved shooting was justified will happen within the next month.”

    Thank you for the summary!

It does bring up the question of how the investigators KNEW that all the victims were already deceased prior to Officer Talley's arrival. It is possible that the 2 officers who responded after Officer Talley disabled the suspect and checked each of the victims for signs of life. However, it could be completely different and that 30 minutes could have been critical time for responding EMS to work on victims. We may never know, but I do hope that this is explained further in the coming days/weeks.

    Rest in peace Officer Talley.

"Under Colorado law, people are only allowed to carry up to 15 rounds in a single magazine and anything more that is used during a crime of violence is considered a felony."

    Hummmm....

Then the editor corrected and stated:

"We have updated this article to correct that statement that the law pertains specifically to the number of rounds in each magazine, in which the limit is 15. Anything that holds more than 15 rounds is considered a “large-capacity” magazine under state law, which is illegal."

That editor needs to correct his/her incorrect correction.

Investigators after the fact would know the order of death of all of the victims due to the sheer number of security cameras that exist inside of that building, they likely have a pretty detailed video timeline of the entire event. There were a number of eyewitness reports that basically state that when the shooter shot the initial victims outside of the building that he walked up to each one of them and placed additional point blank shots in to the victims on the ground. If video evidence revealed the same actions inside the building it?s probably pretty conclusive evidence that none of those victims were still alive or had a chance at being saved.

As for officers arriving on the scene, there would have been no way for them to know if anyone was still alive and could have been saved via medical attention other than entering the building which they initially did.
