Granted, it was a dumb mistake.

But I don't see how they're going to make a charge of child abuse stick.

Child endangerment would not be a problem to make stick, as the child had unguarded access to the weapon. I am only assuming it was loaded.

LIVE REPORTING FROM THE SCENE! (I'll feed you live shots of the live news crew)

Fortunately, I have to go to work today, vacation is over. This time, that is a good thing so I don't have to look at this crap today.

I should turn the sprinkler system on, it over sprays that corner where they are standing...

They had our driveway blocked with their 31 News jeep. Told my wife to be a jerk and make them move it. They were in the middle of their report and the wife had to wave them over to move the jeep. Tee hee... 2nd time 31 news has blocked my driveway, jerks.

Kindergarten is hardcore these days guys. I'm just glad to hear that some poor kid didn't get hurt because of this parent's negligence.

Forum member? I'd never admit to it . . .

Ditto. I'm a young guy but I remember in history classes in middle school our teacher would take us out to the football feild and we'd be able to fire bean guns, and throw spears, and stuff while we learned about certain battles, etc....

I majored, HAHA. I remember I was able to get that stupid thing about 40 yards and stick too. That was supposedly very good for a kid my time. Then the teacher threw it and he covered the full 100 yards.

Can you imagine standing in an army hundreds of years ago and having thousands of spears and arrows coming down on you from a 100 yards away and all you're carrying is a 3 foot sword... Man, some of those guys had balls and beliefs.
