    We got 3-4 inches of hail. filled my gutters, flooded my west basement window well and my basement. I bailed over 60 gallons of water out of the well. spent another 4 hours steam cleaning water out of the carpet and the cushioning under it after pulling up the carpet. fans are going now. Anything with leaves has been stripped. Its noon and there is still patches of ice on the ground. my truck survived, but I haven't checked my roof yet. It's probably going to have to be replaced this summer now.

    And now I have to get ready for another storm possibly tonight... FML. My back is so jacked up from last night. I'm waiting for the pain killers to kick in before going on the roof.
    Mom's comin' 'round to put it back the way it ought to be.

    Anyone that thinks war is good is ignorant. Anyone that thinks war isn't needed is stupid.

    I was [un]lucky in that my roof seems intact, but there is still hail everywhere like we had a damn snow storm! I WANT my roof to get destroyed, put my insurance dollars to work.

    Watching Doppler radar it looks as though that cell dissipated quickly once it was over the Lakewood area. Much faster moving today it seems also!

    Ya, my roof is totaled. I estimate 30-50% asphalt loss in some places. Called the insurance company, they looked up my address and immediately filed a claim number and put us in the cue for an adjuster to come out. Didn't even have to ask. They just wanted to know what the damage was and told us to do what we needed to do to minimize damage from the next storm tonight and save parts and receipts. The whole town got F'ed up.
