He just mentioned the cars honking and I can now hear it in the background.
He's doing ok. He's rambling a bit, but trying to point out the private transactions on co gun market, et al are our right and not to be tread upon. I'm not sure how cogent his points were, but maybe someone else was paying attention better than I.
Again, at the prompting of a Senator, he's reinforcing the point that one must go through an FFL to sell a gun on the internet.
