Outrageous cost.

Have had some outages on rare occasion. Struggling more with roomates router I probably need to replace. I let him handle stuff at our new location. I need to probably jump in and do it myself since he still refers to internet as "wifi" and doesn't understand a lot of these things. (He and I are still fighting over him thinking a sump pump in the house would be "2watts"."....

I contracted to them for a couple years when they first launched internet service in most of the areas. As a company as far as management and funding they were a joke and I was always amazed when their stuff worked. But amazingly their internet has become pretty fast and reliable. They have a few dedicated technicians! Upgrading the system every couple years to keep up with demands and wants costs a lot of money.
