My wife and I both have Subaru's



seriously. Mine's an Impreza Outback Sport (wagon) and hers is a Forester. For us at this point, they make sense. We never had a problem in the snow, and with the baby that was key. We can haul quite a bit of stuff in the Forester, and my wagon has quite a bit of room too. Can I haul a million pounds of lumber? No, but thankfully our needs right now don't dictate the need for a truck. I had a Tacoma several years ago and man I loved that thing. I miss it sometimes. But my Suby gets nearly 30 mpg and can handle almost everything I throw at it.

No "coexist" stickers on them though, Ronin. Not no way, not now how.

I have a truck that rarely gets used... it sits mostly. I think my friends have put more miles on it than I have.. I'm actually looking to get out of it and get something a little more friendly on gas, it sits mostly... but when I do take it out I can watch the gas gauge go down when I need to TRY and accelerate quickly. I've had it since 03.. and it only has 80k on it..

I'm actually looking to get out of it and get something a little more friendly on gas, it sits mostly... but when I do take it out I can watch the gas gauge go down when I need to TRY and accelerate quickly. I've had it since 03.. and it only has 80k on it..

If you get a bigger tank the needle goes down a lot slower. My new truck has 36 gal tank!
