    3"-5" and still coming down near me on the south end of the metro area. Heading out soon to head downtown oh joy. My older son got stopped at Trinidad last night on his way to Raton for work as I-25 was closed. Waiting to hear if he was able to continue this morning.

    I 70 still closed out this way. Drifts are 3-4 feet. Wind is crazy, still blowing everywhere.

    The disadvantage of chains is you can only do 20-30 tops. Getting them and off isn't exactly easy or fast.

    Metro area is fine.. minus the roads for the little bit of snow we got.. guess who didn't go to work last night.. that's right.. CDOT!

    C springs. Depends on where you stand. Either 1" or 3 ft in the drifts.
    Drove wife to work and pulled a few people free on the way back home.

    We ended up with about a foot, maybe a bit more (hard to tell with the winds). Heavy snow. The roads are absolute crap in the neighborhood.
