Back in the caveman days, did the whole clan go blind from looking at an eclipse? I mean you're a caveman, walking around in the middle of the day, and the sun goes dark when it's not supposed to. You'd look right at it thinking, "WTF is going on here?"
And good luck to those heading up there today. Hopefully, you'll have a pleasant journey with no problems.
I was reading somewhere about entrepreneurial types buying cases of water and other stuff to sell at exit ramps during the supposed gridlock on the highways. It'll be interesting to see what actually happens today.
Think I am Gonna be out on the lake for this the darkening might induce some feeding?

Looks like the suck at life parade was in full effect earlier this morning with red traffic from Mead to Cheyenne. Remember, the 6 P's- Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance. Looking good here in Guernsey!
Made it to Casper in about 4 hours this morning. Just camping out at my chosen viewing spot, now.

As everyone prepares for the solar eclipse today, I'm wondering if anyone else noticed the wonderful terran eclipse we had last night. It was awesome. The earth blocked out the light from the sun for over eight hours. I got bored after the first few hours and went to bed, though.
