Honestly I view 100rd drums as a party-gag novelty item, for all their effectiveness. All I've ever seen in person or read/heard about is that drum mags are jam-city. In fact, they seem to be so jam prone that you'd ironically *want* some stupid psycho using it in crime, because it's going to jam on him/her in ~8rds, whereas a PMAG probably won't.
