Love that glock lower, how much did it set you back?

All pretty new except the 18.

I'm almost ashamed to say but I paid $200 for NIB. Every now and then I get a good deal on something! It was also in Greeley so no driving required!

One of the car I have has less than a year old battery in there. I rarely drive the car , and now the charge is low. Found out it is common for this specific vehicle.
Bought a battery tender after recommendation from the vehicle forum. $23.58 shipped from eBay.

Cleaned up pretty good, some rust under the grips and inside the original magazine and obvious bluing wear but I think it could have been worse. Now to give it a test run.

My '06 GTO kills the battery in about 2 weeks in the summer. Unless I am driving it the next day, it gets plugged in. The little QD pigtail that comes with the "Battery Tenders" is pretty slick.

Nice. What is it? I know it's not a 1911, but I'm not real familiar with all the variants. Love the old stuff!

Star model B 9mm.08 caliber. Spanish made take of a 1911 pistol in 9mm luger. Probably the first pistol I have had that I felt confident would work for "pistol whipping" somebody LOL. (I am pretty sure it is heavier then a colt model 70). Just took it out and I could hit a little propane tank at about 20-25 yards no problem, but the beer/soda cans were a difficult target [UZI]

Any port in a storm. At least you work in the house, i have a 100' stroll to the shop.

I have I barn/workshop on the property and a heated garage with room for a shop under the house, but I like the idea of keeping the toys close and warm. The ammo doesn't get so lucky, it is in the garage shivering in the cold.

Nope, actually got it out of a private transfer. Already swapped out the grips for the ones I used to have on my model 18 (pictured below) and looking into have a brass bead added to the front sight but I dig it so far.

That mount actually came with the optic, it's a PK-01 V. Fits good, but if you slide it from the back, it can go right off the front end. The Kobra I had on my AK-74 would stop when you reached the locking lever point. But it seems to lock up tight just the same.

Interesting. I hadn't thought of that. But then I don't shoot Bullseye anymore, so I don't have a need to chrony my pistol loads. I am intrigued by the luggage rack concept, though. I'm going to have to work on that.

Finally making some progress on some lowers that were sitting in the safe. Also found a NIB Kel-Tec Sub 2000 in 9mm at a LGS. Ive been looking for the glock version for awhile now but couldn't locate one at a fair price. This is the S&W 59 version but I am happy to say it was less than $350 OTD.

JRC Carbine's Nice units utilizing AR furniture and trigger group. They come factory threaded 1/2 - 28 with thread protector, ambidextoriuos functional. Move charging handle, extractor and ejector to opposite for fro the l/handed shooter. The spouse is getting the digi cammo one for Christmas, I picked the black one up , replaced the f/float quad rail it comes with, installed the slip over f/hider and gas block, to hold the hand guards on. Uses Glock mags, and can do a caliber change to 45 or 40 S&W , by replacing the bolt, bbl and mag well. All from JRC. The 33 rd mags and drum work fit and work ;)

I browsed the prime area today. For what one gets, IMO it's a crap shoot . You're limited to 1 book a month ! I download 2 - 3 books a day from free web site links. Movie wise, it still cost $$. each their own.

I know cell phone cameras are everywhere, but I often need a bit more for work. I have been using the Tough Cameras since they came out...I think I have like 5 of them that will likely go up for sale soon. But the new TG3 has a microscope mode and an option LED ring light for Macro work. The focus stacking is pretty nice too. More resolution than I can get with the Smart Phone Magnifier.

Yeah, I hear ya man. I wish cell phones had actual optical zoom which is one thing that I greatly miss from our little Elph cameras that I spent WAY too much money on over the years. I found myself forgetting to take that though on more and more trips and rather than carry two devices so I get ideal imagines I chose to sacrifice ideal a little bit just to get images that I otherwise wouldn't get if I didn't have a camera at all. Sucks but I guess that's where we live until camera phones take that leap into caring about more than megapixels.

If it had good Macro, I would have gone that way. 10x optical zoom fr $200 is not bad.

I've seen them but I want a phone with it built in. I can see myself leaving it at home or seeing it as too much of a PITA to dig out of my bag just like I do with the Elph or the camera like yours. If you're going to spend $200 and have a separate device to lug around and worry about caring for and charging... might as well be a decent camera.

Nice! I put the 5100s all the way around on my 4runner and it made a world of difference. Even with the +2/3 lift it still handles way better than the stock ones.

Yeah the ride is night and day. Roads that were actually a bit jarring, I can't even notice now.

And finally got my pair of impact sport ears. Just playing with them in the living room, i'm impressed. With the electronics off, pretty good noise reduction. With the electronics on, I could hear better than normal. I adjusted the volume to about "normal" volume, and then putting them on and taking them off, I couldn't hear any sound level change, and the amplification was very natural sounding.

Can't wait to try them for real. No more nodding like an idiot and hoping I understood what someone was saying to me at the range.

Got two of the last pieces to finally finish my Cheaper Jeep/Camping AR to fully functional. Thanks to my beautiful wife. Even got to bang out 100 rounds through it while in Nebraska at the Family/Cousin's Farm. Shoots really nice!

Wife also got me a Zombie hunter special COLD Steel Machete and some of "those" mags for the AR. :)

Then while there for XMas my Uncle who always has cool toys let me play with his "Real" M16 and I had some fun shooting full auto burst with a 3x scope. (It actually works really nice, my uncle is weird.)

............my uncle also coincidentally builds hidden gun storage shelves. All the adult relatives got one. :)

I let the wife chose the color/finish.

I don't think it was even 30 minutes after I bought it, I was driving on deer creek canyon and used the snatch strap to pull an old Cherokee out of the snow.

this is a Benro A1580F with a ProMaster pistol grip ball head.

it can go as high as 5'6" and as low as 6" when it lays out flat with the shorter stem.
