Nah, she can't rack the slide. She's tried many times and its just too small with not enough (or sharp/deep enough) slide serrations and the recoil spring is just too strong.

I understand it's one of the four rules of gun safety. I check guns that are handed to me even if I just saw the person empty it, but I never verbally say that I'm checking the chamber etc.

Also, if I was posting a review, I would check all the guns BEFORE starting. They only care about the loaded chamber rule, not what's behind the backstop or what they're sweeping the muzzle across or even where their booger picker is during the video.
