I still have my skates from almost 30 yrs ago. They still fit last time I used them about 15 yrs and 50 lbs ago. Doubt they would fit now, if I could even find them.

I had a deal happen to me once... forget what it was called, but I guess high stress occupations like pilots and stuff get it. My right eye developed some weird pressure in it, and I lost center vision and only had peripheral vision in it for a couple weeks until it settled down.

I remember being really freaked out about it because I was real big into playing pool at the time...scared me when it happened. I don't really want to experience that again, or have something like that be permanent.

Oh yes, when you get a great professor, their class is FUN. This class, is ridiculous. We have a new homework assignment due every day. For example, homework was due this past wednesday at the beginning of the lecture. During lecture, we gleaned the information required to answer those questions that were on the homework that was due at the beginning of lecture. [facepalm]

In my other classes, I read ahead a good 2-3 chapters and do the homework too. But this professor releases the homework (online) every day after lecture, so we can't work ahead and reading ahead in the book does absolutely no good because he doesn't lecture out of the book that we use.

It wouldn't have worked today anyways, Lobo.

The wif and I were up hiking Mcullough Gulch Trail. Kind of a cool trail....the lake up at the top is pretty neato. The sign at the trail head says the climb is 800 ft. up, 1.3 miles, and 11,900 ft when ya get there. Ate breakfast at a greasy spoon in Breck.....they have a deal there that if you can eat 2- 1/2 lb burgers, grilled cheese sandwich, 1/2 lb ham, 1/2 lb something else, and some potato salad in a half hour....

you get a shirt. LOL

I asked the gal how many people had gotten shirts, she said only Four souls have tried, and they all failed.

I'd consider trying it someday... I think the meal price was $29.99.

I bet I could come close....just might give it a go sometime.

As you bronco fans may be aware of, the little orange cards that would get you free big macs after a win....are no longer orange, they are blue now. The kid at work lives in Boulder and he got some blue ones in the coupon mailers....same way I got mine last year...in a mailer.

Turns out though, that most of us are going to have to go to a Mcdonalds location to obtain the new blue cards, and the big macs will not be free anymore, they are $1 big macs now. The store up here at Prarie Center said the card hand outs were today only. If you're interested in a blue card, get yo ass to Micky D's tonight.

Just a heads up on that.
