Anyone wanna give me the low-down on what all the drama was? Did somebody think that Jim was banned because he changed his name to Great-Kazoo? Apparently someone else thought that JM Ver 2.0 was Jim. [facepalm]

It started simple then got stupid. As of this moment I still do not know WTF was going on.[LOL]

Holy crap!! Someone just attempted to break into my sister-in-laws house while she, husband and daughter were in the house.

Their dog was going crazy at the spare bedroom door, clawing at the carpet and barking. Then they heard a "rip" noise, then some banging and popping and that's when my BIL went to check it out. The window screen had been torn completely open from the outside. He went into the backyard to check it out after 10-20min with floodlights on, the person attempted to pry open the window too (that was the banging/popping noise they heard). He said there were footprints underneath the window in the snow.

My SIL is freaking out. My wife is GLAD she has applied for her CCL and is now anxious for it to arrive so she can start carrying. She also told me to buy her a pistol and appendix style holster soon so she can start carrying the second she gets her license.

No, he fled the scene when my BIL opened the bedroom door and flipped on the light, he saw something move fast by the window, then a shadow jump the fence.

The cops are going to patrol the neighborhood, but they told him not to disturb the scene (footprints in snow, window/screen, etc) and they'll be back tomorrow to take pictures.

His wife had the 12ga shotgun while he took the dog and his pistol with him. And yes, he left them unattended, not what I would have done but I don't know until I'm in that situation.

Thanks for the vid Belly, BC I'm glad the inlaws are unharmed.

I'm kinda messed up inside, ....after all the years in, I would usually appreciate the wif being gone for a week, but it's different this time. Stuff on line and all that.

BC, scary about your family having a break in. Glad that everything ended up safely.

In other news, one of the other members on here kinda ruffled my feathers about some of the inner perceptions of the Army. Ugh. When i see that attitude from the combat folks, gosh......That really gets me upset. The whole 'Logistics are just Soldiers who are too big of sissies to be infantry' crap. Grrrrrrrr....

Dang, while drafting for work, my assembly (all the parts put together) just crossed the threshold for the maximum number of parts in one assembly and therefore, it is now now running in "Large Assembly Mode".

This apparently means that the graphics/texture/details of all parts in the assembly are turned down to the bare minimum, making it painful to look at the full assembly.

Kryptonite is also notable as it is the only 3DD song to not use the same sheet music as all the rest of their stuff.

it's still the same. All music, with the exception of some EARLY (think 1300s-1600s) and really modern stuff (like Jon Cage) is alll the same.....

There have only been about 5 different composers who came up with something different:

JS Bach
WA Mozart
LV Beethoven
C Debussy
A Schoenberg
John Cage

Well, I finished the sorting, have 2 red large folgers cans of Federal cases, about 50x PPU, 30x Lake City, 1x Winchester (which is odd because I know I bought a lot of WWB in the beginning and I always saved my brass), 13x Hornady, 100x R-P.

I wish I were motivated right now to start some trimming, but I'm still extremely tired (fell asleep when I got home in about 5min, which never happens for me).

I wanted to catch up here, and have to send an email or two, and get moving on some stuff around the house, pay a few bills, and get practicing my scales backwards. Lesson got bumped to Wednesday which isn't all that bad, as I get another evening to hit my lesson assignments.

Thanks, I'll plan on doing that. If I have time this week I plan to load up my first few rounds of 308.

And on a somewhat totally unrelated note, one of my packages has a eta of Friday, which is odd, because I thought that genre of things had to be overnighted or 2nd day air shipped, not 4 day regular UPS Ground. And the last 2 that I bought were shipped 2nd day air (double checked the tracking on those). Stinks, probably won't be able to pick it up until next week. :/

When we were kids in elementary school our first family cat was a feral cat my dad brought home from the feed plant worked for. He felt sorry for it. WTF, how do you feel sorry for an 18 lb jet black intact male feral cat living in a plant that makes livestock feed, has plenty or rats and birds to eat and protection from predators and the elements. That thing was a killing machine, destroyed the neighborhood, birds, other cats, occassional small child, kicked the neighbors, mean ass, scared the shit out of us doberman and finally forced several said neighbors to demand dad get rid of the cat or Animal Control would be called.

That cat was frikkin cool.[AR15]

it's still the same.

John Cage
i think I would add Tchaikovsky to that list. Maybe not as fresh as Mozart, but he certainly was influential.

and maybe Miley Cyrus. She certainly came up with something different... [facepalm]

Cage has a place on that list. Finding the 'music' in the everyday weird things is what makes it revolutionary. The fact that 4'33" is different everywhere it's 'played' is neat. He's not the first weirdo, but he's the one folks remember....

One place where i worked. OK all of them in the last 10.5 years. When you ask if anyone knows where the phone book is? In case anyone cares though, slice up tomatoes, dip in egg batter (1-2 eggs and 1-2tbsp milk, battered), dip in bread crumbs then fry in butter. Serve open faced sandwiches with equal parts bread to tomato, top with a little salt.

To clean the frying pan quickly, pour the egg batter into the pan after frying all the tomatoes, let it fry for a bit, then scramble. Serve as a side to the fried tomato sandwiches.

Healthy? Probably not, but super delicious!

Belly, I get that the scales are all *from the same patterns*, but I'm still getting comfortable Jumping into them in all the different aspects. I know you know what I'm talking about on that.

It's also a bitch for me at this point to keep those aspects straight within the given key, and to be able to jump around the fret board and keep those patterns clear in my head and perform them on demand in different keys whether minor or not. I know you're a very sharp person, and know what you're talking about with music as well as shooting, but I'm still trying to figure out the guitar.
