I played D&D back in the day..never killed any old ladies..never killed any animals (that I didn't eat, or that didn't deserve it)..never had a satanic orgy (unfortunately, since that would be pretty cool, if I was the only guy)..

We also played a game called Vampire..SSDD..played it with a bunch of head banger pot heads that I went to high school with..I'm sure they haven't changed a bit..the "leader" of the group was dating my sister..so they tolerated me..

It's basically this video with some tweaks.
i3jt14GSi0g

I set the oven to 400 degrees, and also set a heat safe pan full of water on the bottom rack for extra moisture, and bake for around 35ish minutes. If you have a thermometer, cook it until the internal temp is 206-210 degrees. If you don't have a temp, then sticking a skewer or anything in the middle, and pulling it out when it is near dry (hardly anything sticking to it) when pulled out will get you there. If you cook for the full duration of whatever recipe you're using, and the inside isn't ready, just keep on cooking. I don't even really have a time to be honest.

Pretty much all no knead bread recipes use a dutch oven or pyrex with the bread covered for the first 20 minutes, then uncovered for the last 15 minutes. That works fine, but I like the bread pan because it gets you closer to the shape of a loaf of bread and makes it more usable. I don't even cover the bread. Once the bread is done, pull it out of the oven and remove it from the pan to let it cool. If you leave it in the bread pan, the bottom will get soggy. FINALLY, don't cut it open until it cools for maybe 10 minutes, and if you keep it in a plastic bag, an old bread bag, or even a shopping bag, it will stay soft for over a week. If you don't keep it wrapped up, it will turn ROCK hard in only about 2-3 days.

Oh, almost forgot, haha, as far as the cheddar jalapeno part, I just made it up and this is my first run. I did the same recipe, but added 1/2 tsp pepper, 3/4 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 cup cheddar, and 1/4 cup of chopped up jalapeno. We'll see how it works out. With the regular bread, I usually put in 1/4 tsp of pepper and probably 2 tbsp of honey. Have fun.

No problem. No knead dough tends to come out tasting a bit like sour dough. If you decide this is something you want to do more often, read this awesome article all about the science behind no knead dough and you'll feel like you know a lot more about what you're doing. Good luck!

Sounds just like the specs on your Bushy. Is that no longer cutting it for you?

You can get all that in the vortex razor HD If you're willing to go 5x minimum magnification. Or an NXS With the LV5 reticle would be just over that price point with a good sale/coupon code.

What at about the used market? Any S&B available in your area?

Bushy is just an older scope.

The problem with a low power on the bottom end is that you might not get the associated FOV that you'd expect when you dial it back. It's called tunneling, and its REALLY disappointing when it happens.

Here's the short list:

1) Bushnell HDMR

2) Leupold MK6 3-18

3) NF 3.5-15x F1. This one would have to be used.

4) Vortex....... The PST 4-16 is a nice price point (especially considering the framily discount).....but.....meh....

With the crappy weather, vacuum sealed the turkey left overs we did yesterday on the smoker. Those that weren't chowed down for lunch. Froze the cooked down turkey stock. Made some rolls and bread sticks, finishedte the green chili i cooked last month for supper. The spouse really likes that chest freezer purchased 3 months ago;) Runs a close second to her new pellet smoker.

Yeah, I let it rise in the big bowl at room temp for 12-24. I've experimented with transferring to the fridge at that point for a few days. Anyway, when I'm ready to bake, I dump out of the bowl onto a lightly floured surface, flatten it out with my hands and fold it over into thirds two times. Each time trying to make it about the same size as the bread ban. Slicing across the top just before putting into the oven really helps it rise.

Interesting i was contemplating forming 2 loaves instead of the usual 1 round. I'll try it next time. Right now have enough bread for 2 -3 weeks.

I must say that in the past, I have been pretty disappointed in what an adjuster said my "Claim" was worth in a water damage related incident.

Insurance agent actually told my wife that "we have exceeded our benefits for *blank* period of time*....and if we have anymore claims, our rates will go up significantly. Sounded pretty mafia at the time...since we hadn't had a buttload of claims.

In the winter of 2011, the house next door to mine burnt to a crisp. It was actually a pretty sad thing because a couple folks got hurt really bad, I think even a young kid died.

My house had extensive smoke damage, including a bunch of uniforms and stuff the Army gave me. I had the official DoD value sheets for every item, and explained to the adjuster how each item was ruined beyond repair and had to be replaced. As an 'O', all that money had to come out of pocket. Because I did all the homework, the adjuster just wrote the check, which ended up being almost $20k for stuff and almost $35k for the clean up.

Exceeded your benefits? Call and ask for a different claims agent.

I'd be down for a Saturday breakfast no more than an hour way. I can't do Sunday mornings.

Multiple breakfasts, HB. One down your way on a Saturday, and one up north as well.

Kind of curious what type of company that was, because I'm under the impression that rates go up for any type of homeowners claim.

Farm Bureau, ...Sir.

The claim adjuster really low balled the repair at the time..

It was our Agent that threatened us.....being customers for 20 years and all.

You can exceed your limits. I have a feeling the adjuster may have done a poor job of explaining the difference between the initial Actual Cash Value payment, and the Replacement Cost. It doesn't really matter how large or small the initial payment is, as everything else, minus the deductible, is paid on the back end once the final bill comes. Assuming everything on the bill was covered in the first place. Should only have to pay your deductible; unless there were some upgrades purchased or something.

But what I really came in here to post, as another Studio C video for my pals in the PWT.

While this year has been difficult financially, I've mostly been wasting my money on other things. Next year will be better and I plan to waste money in exactly the right places. Don't think I don't feel stupid every time someone posts about how stupid everyone who didn't buy 30 guns this year and 20 more on Black Friday/Cyber Monday will feel in 3 months.

The vertex tool can suck my balls and I never want to sketch another 45 degree angle again. I'm sure I'll have to though. Excuse me while I go find my revolver mouth wash.

You guys know what this is? It doesn't look like much, but it took forever. This right here is a Christmas effing miracle. I guess Saint Xactimate decided to favor me with saving all of my work but about 60 seconds worth. I'm going to go burn a set of blue prints and a hand written mitigation estimate on my alter (barrel stove) to show my thanks.

How in the world did you get the 'pet centipede' from that dog and cat? and why did you even think to try?

Don't get the wrong idea. I had nothing to do with that picture. I was minding my own business, working on my laptop, and turned around to that. Since the garden hose was all the way outside, taking that picture was all I COULD do.

would you have honestly turned on the hose inside?

Used to work for the county assessor doing this. Those "unique" floor plans can be a bitch. Curved walls are even more fun. Xactimate is better at those than some of the other software pacs out there. Glad you didn't lose everything.

I agree.. But why no complaining about a cat being in the pictures?

The one time I've had to do a curved wall, I got it perfect. It was an easy one though. So far, I'll take a roof over a water loss any day.

to be honest, Ritter (the little one) tried to lick Didi's butt the other day while she was in mid-stream. it was pretty gross actually...

Both had to get baths afterwords.

I used to have a barn cat that would run over and dunk its head under the horse when it was taking a piss. Used to joke it was to keep the owls from eating it. Cat disappeared about a year ago. No idea what happened.

It would have been alot creepier if that cat made the same face as my avatar when it was taking a golden horse shower.

It looks like the dog is biting the cat on the ass... ....And the cat doesn't seem to mind too much.

Cat was in heat and usually she won't let the dog near her without pawing her in the face. So I didn't kick them apart in an attempt to let them "bond." After about 10 pictures and a video, I figured out that the dog was nibbling on the cat's calves like she was play fighting with another dog. Mixed signals for sure.

Now I might have an issue. Before it was "Since the garden hose was all the way outside, taking that picture was all I COULD do." Now you say it was 10 pictures and a video? Sounds to me like you're into some kinky stuff there Irving. [Shake]

I had to get just the right shot to make my wife the most angry when I showed her. Plus, I was just waiting for the cat to turn around and tear the dog's face right off. Never happened though. They got tired after about a minute.

Grew up close to there and left 25 years ago. Still feel dirty.
