On one of my job sites last week a trowel falling from 6th story scaffold pretty much split the helmet of a worker on the ground.
Mild concussion and 4 stitches. Helmet did it's job. Would have been ugly with out it.

It's an interesting debate: blue vs. red (Dillon vs. Lee)...
Dillon makes OUTSTANDING stuff... but you certainly pay for it.
There are limitations to my Lee equipment, but I paid $175 (after shipping) for a progressive reloader. I may not be able to load 600+ rounds per hour, but 200 per hour is fast enough for me.

I use the one that cost zero. Sometimes it really does suck. Clearing the cache once every couple weeks helps. Always makes me think COAR is down. I do miss the other photo editor.

this depends on your definitions of high volume.
Probably not the same definition as you. I generally reload about 4-5000 5.56 per year, about the same for 45 acp. That's where I use RCBS (5.56) and Dillon (45). 308 is dillon at about 1-2000. 9mm is about 1-2000 RCBS. Everything else (10mm, 30.06, 7.62x39, 300 blk, and others I can't remember) all hover at or below 1000 per year. There is a mix of lee, rcbs, and others.

M4carbine is neat, as long as you can get past some of the fan-boi-ish ness of it all. Lots of good open discussion.
Its best to spend about a month or so just reading....oh, and always use the search engine. Folks there will get very fired up about not using the search engine.

Big project in the Springs is going down, gear started shipping today. Starting 12-2 for two weeks solid. Probably the next trip out after that will be Dallas, then Tulsa after. The holidays this time of year really eff up the schedule for these procrastinators. Doesn't help when OEM's release new product late in the year.

If I had a real bumper on my Xterra, I would've pushed back a little. Not sure if I could push around an F250. Seeing as it's just a soft plastic bumper, I didn't want to mar it up.
Okay, got the Cavalier all put back together and filled all the fluids. JUST as I was checking something else, I noticed a heavy dripping come from the transmission. I'm pretty sure that the driver side axle is not seated all the way, and transmission fluid is leaking from the axle hole. Is this possible?
For full disclosure, I ran the car in the garage and ran the transmission through all the gears, letting the clutch barely engage in each gear before going to the next. I'd be worried I might have damaged the axle shaft hole while prying out the axle, but I did that on the OTHER side. What does the hive mind say? I'm pretty tired of working on this thing.

Nah.. I just took some photos, checked for damage, thought about keying his bumper, then left. Without proper stationary on hand, I couldn't give this window-licker the proper feedback and punishment without feedback won't help a situation like this.

The owner kicked him out, after telling him that I would have been fully within my rights to shoot him in the (curse word) face.
There was a local CHL instructor who showed up at the end of the discussion with the range manager. He wanted to get involved when clearly it wasn't appropriate to get involved.
yeah, then we watched the video. Clearly the guy was one trigger pull away from causing me to have a leak. I pretty much dodged a bullet on that one. (Pun intended)
