Oh they run like a raped ape. I once had a customer at the shop that would return his with no mag when they're dirty for warranty and get a free cleaning and a new mag.

They would pay for a room, but since I rolled in at almost 4:30am local time, I figured I'd get more sleep by just parking and closing my eyes than the time spent trying to check in somewhere. I mostly feel asleep right away, but like you said, not real comfortable and only 22 degrees. Pretty crappy 3 hours of rest.

Fortunately, I have till 2:30 before my next appointment and it's with the same guy. He said, "Go sleep and I'll see you in a couple hours!"

They would pay for a room, but since I rolled in at almost 4:30am local time, I figured I'd get more sleep by just parking and closing my eyes than the time spent trying to check in somewhere. I mostly feel asleep right away, but like you said, not real comfortable and only 22 degrees. Pretty crappy 3 hours of rest.

Fortunately, I have till 2:30 before my next appointment and it's with the same guy. He said, "Go sleep and I'll see you in a couple hours!"

We went to Bison Whiches on the recommendation of the adjuster I met with and that place was delicious! Also had the best vanilla porter I've ever had for only $2.50.

The FUCK YOU, AMIGO blog had a special guest posting tonight from the 2002 GMC Envoy. In the GMC Envoy, the thermostat is part of a length of pipe that bolts directly to the engine block, on the side, behind the alternator when viewed from the front, and behind the driver front wheel and the frame when viewed from the driver side. Like most vehicle repairs not complicated, just difficult. At least the first time, and especially without the help of a repair manual and under time pressure. Everything seems to be back in order though.

The truck is having all the problems indicated, and is within the year model range, age and well within the mileage limitations. But when they look up the VIN, the service flunky tells me it is not covered in the SSE. !!!
But they tell me that they will look at it and give me an estimate on repairs even though it is most likely the same parts that have failed.

Guess I should have brought some Anal Eze with me for when they bend me over the hood & stick it to me.......

If there are any members that own a Chevy or GMC, ( I think it covers up the 2007 models, but must under 10 years from purchase and under 100K miles) check out the SSE # 10240 or 11036 if you are having problems with your HVAC blower or are smelling hot wires or plastic burning when you turn on your blower, or if the blower has quit working or not working on all speeds.
