So after battling with my computer for about a year on why itunes would fail to update, or even install after removing everything... I finally finally found a post, buried in a litany of known problems with itunes and windows 10 not working together.. that someone posted the download for itunes 12.1.2 for windows 10.. (with older video card).. it worked... yay... i can stop pulling my hair out. Haven't been able to backup anything in a year, because the only version I could get to work was 10.* and everything required higher, my new ipad required 12.2* before it would work... FML.. all any of their support people ever had to do was say 'google this and download it'.. but no.. no they wanted to do things the hard way.. fuckers.

Throw a piece of paper in the air. what ever side it blows off to. Stay to the right of it and you'll be heading south
My wife called as I was nearing the on-ramp, and I went North instead of South. I thought I'd be smart and take the next exit and turn around, but that was I-80 East bound. By the time I exited and got back on going I-80 West bound, I started seeing signs saying the ramp from I-80 West to I-25 South was CLOSED. So I went I-25 North again, then turned around and came home. Overall, a mere few minutes out of the way and no big deal at all, but after a long ass day, I was feeling dumb for going 5 miles out of my way when I was right there to start with.
Good hail in Cheyenne by the way. Up to baseball size. Houses up there have quality roofs compared to down here as well. Lots of nice steel gutters.

this reads like your review.
Ahh, Casa Bonita. We moved into the neighborhood and, familiar with the place due to the South Park episode, figured we have to go at least once.
You will enter and be corraled into what might seem like a jauntily decorated slaughterhouse. you will be given a ticket and tray, pushed through a line and handed a plate that will remind you of public school lunch. You will enter a surreal wonderland of bizarre lights, swarming children, waterfalls, pirates and palpable minimum wage exasperation.
After (not) eating the worst food you've tasted in recent memory (who knew chicken enchiladas ccome with alfredo sauce?) you will be compelled to wander through the corridors of bizarre flashing lights, fortune tellers, a vaguely diseased odor emanating from a dirty waterfall, and a pavilion of cotton candy and gorillas. you will cross what appears to be a small dojo full of children tearing into pinatas with the ferocious energy of feral puppies.
Finally, you'll end up in the dingiest, most broken down arcade in North America, where you will effectively spend 10 dollars to win an eraser with only 1/3 of the games in working order while taking in the scent of BO, melted cheese and teenage angst emanating from behind the prize counter. An angry youth will hand you your prize with an eye roll and a sigh right out of an 80's teen movie. and you will cross the wrinkled, mutliplex carpet and make the mile long hike back to your car and drive away.
And easily the weirdest thing about all of this is that you will realize you actually enjoyed it.
I make my kids keep their prizes....most the review is spot on....go for the experience....taco salad bowl is ok

As would anyone..
Yet for the time spent waiting. AS you looked around at other parents and kids being admitted. Knowing, while still a stressful day. It could always be worse.
One day during PT the therapist asked how i felt about having my leg amputated.
I said, take a look around.. (Hypothetical, not disclosing actual people) That lady, stroke learning how to talk, again. That kid, he'll never walk after having his spine severed.
How do i fell about my leg ? Real Good. I 'm alive, it's just a minor bump in life. I could be paralyzed or dead.

Still get those phantom pains BUT.........................................I actually feel the weight of the limb.
I know roof and ladder pictures get old, but sometimes I'll get on something that is just damn terrifying. This is a fully extended 40' ladder on a barndominium. The ground was mostly even, but being on the rake, at a slant, with nothing to secure the ladder was very nerve wracking. Just getting that ladder fully extended is pretty much a two person job because it weighs so much and the slightest amount of wind will try to pull it over.

Then on Friday we went to the Cave of the Winds and they built this jungle gym thing where they harness you in and just cut you loose to climb all over it. This is an attraction that was built for people like me. You get up there, and it is NOT comfortable, even harnessed in. Your lead rope is in a track that you push around with you, and if you hold onto the harness lead it's super easy to walk every where. I made an effort to cross everything without touching my harness lead at all, except for to move it when it got caught up in the track. I would have posted some pictures of inside the attraction, but by the time I got on there, it was in the dark and the photos wouldn't have come out. $20 to actually be nervous on a ride? Sign me up!

Double pulls are dangerous, especially on slippery metal. The jump from lower roof to upper was about 20', so I still would have had to use my 24' extension ladder, and that is no joke of a double pull. That also would have required having the adjuster get up there to hold the ladder the whole time, which she offered to do. I wasn't sure where the legs of the ladder would have rested on the lower roof. Ideally it would line up perfectly with a flat spot on the ribbed roof with an exposed bolt to hold each ladder foot, but unlikely it was going to work out that way. Finally, you can see in the picture that the eave on the upper level doesn't end at a solid fascia like normal, but is just bare sheet metal roof for about 12". This was not ideal to be leaning a ladder against and I didn't want to damage it while trying to transition my weight from the ladder to the roof while trying to step far enough back to be on something solid, and not have the ladder kick out from under me. All that said, we explored all the options and the ladder pull from the side was plan B.

I got one of those for my trimmer and blower with 50:1, and I go through the contents reguraly in the summer. The chainsaw uses 40:1 with mix oil, or 20:1 with SAE30, and sees little use. But I want to keep some fuel onhand. May just get another 1gal container and fill it only partially.

Just refreshing the GSSF results page every hour for the last three days. According to last year's results I should be in the top third on both divisions. Not nearly as good as I had hoped, but I really can't complain. New match, new gun, blah, blah, blah. Predictable results given my current skill set. This match has random prizes though.
According to last years results I really suck.
Good feeling right? At least my brother didn't beat me this time.

With a two and three year old, I'd waste enough food for the protesters in Aurora if I threw food away after only ten hours.
When u still have a houseful to feed a week and a half is a good cutoff...unless it had eggs. Never eat raw or left on the patio for a week egg products, it'll kill you in your sleep.

So while the older grandsons and the youngest grand daughter are distracted by ball and stick games, the oldest grand daughter(who has reached her mom's min age requirement) will get to start learning to shoot.

Hit the range with the oldest on Saturday and burned quite a few rounds. He can now keep most rounds on a sheet of paper @ 7 yards with a handgun. Would be better, but visions of nonsense and youthfull fun and all. He fired some full power rifle rounds, his choice, and we got some flinching but also a big smile. I ran my FAL and did quite well, minimal bruising due to the ladder type steel but - I need a pad. Red dot needs the mount redone, but with BPTactical out of the picture that project is on hold.
