Played craps once and yea made me want to get a book on spread betting, which can also be applied to the markets.

Haven't been to the hills in about 5 years actually. Last time we went it was my wife, mom and I and we each had a $100. Gilpin hooked us up with food comps so we literally stayed all day. About 7 PM everyone is just about broke and ready to leave and I'm sitting at the 3 card table. My wife and mom come over to me and the next hand delt I nailed trip Jack's, 32-1 payout......yep we made out $300 back and had run all day for free..........of course the made a little more than that on me on my 12th or 13 wedding anniversary, got the wife the spa package and the super cool player suite. Btw I will model my shower in my house to be just like the shower at ameristar.

Last COAR game we played for Jeff's MIL old 60 style poker table, it was a good time. You'll quickly realize with me at a poker table you can't believe a word out of my mouth. Had a hand where I forget the member but he had the best hand we both knew it but I bluffed an ace pair and I told him straight out "I know you have that queen but it's not going to help", he folded and then I showed him my dog shit hand......rest of the night was tricky for me but we all had a great time.

Blech. Dishwashers are my least favorite appliance to install. I don?t envy that PITA. I might try to tackle repairing a dying clothes dryer soon, but that?s nothing near as crappy as a dishwasher. Good luck.

Took me forever to figure out how to get the fancy new dishwasher to even work. Plumbers that installed it left scratching their heads as it would not start. I figured out it wasn't seeing the door latched. Fooking thing has to be perfectly level and plumb and refused to see the door closed using the top brackets so I had to put screws in the side (there are holes for it.) No trouble with it since. It does a good job and is quiet as a mouse, but I don't think I could recommend LG at this point. Lots of cool bells and whistles, but I'm still fighting them over a crooked ass fridge. As much as I distrust the brand, I should have just bought GE.

That's tough man. I'm glad your parents have you though.

My dad is 78 and his health is failing (a lifetime of not taking care of himself) , and it's hard to watch. But a close family friend is 79 and actively dying of end stage renal failure, and he has no one (except my family, who are relatives of a dead friend of his). He never married, never had kids, etc. If it weren't for my mom deciding to check on him after she hadn't heard from him for a week, he'd have died months ago.

Having family around makes it better. Only marginally. But better.

I need to say thanks to those that spoke about understanding, and shared about similar situations.

We were totally dead at work today, so I left at 11:00. The truth is I am down. I'm not done with trying, helping, and caring....but jesus Christ. I'm so fucking tired of hearing the same stories, getting asked how the weather is outside every half hour. Who's coming tomorrow, which day is it tomorrow, every half hour.

Was already here to watch GF's mom die, that was a fuck ton of fun to be part of how that messed everyone up. Her dad is a horndog that chased off good help once already, they fired him as a client. Had to find new caregivers again.

I'm looking at a card my GF got me recent, that says "believe in how strong your are". I leave it out where I can see it every day, and try to believe it. I'm trying to keep it together with her dad and the shit going on with my own folks too. I know this wont last forever, and that doesn't help the stress, but I know if ya get through it stuff is gonna be better on the other side when the dust cloud settles.

In order to break the frustration, he would come up with a different answer every time. She just rolled with each answer and quickly forgot anyway. It helped get him through the monotony.

I think you were just wanting to see if she truly understands what a good trigger would feel like being she has limited experince. It's a fair question, it took me a long time to feel enough triggers to understand differences.

Take up, break point, reset. Most of all personal preference are all factors in choosing a trigger system. Also have to take into account proper trigger manipulation IE proper pull, finger positioned correctly etc

This is certainly special shit I'm looking to have made because it isn't common. Honestly, the biggest problem with what I want, is I don't want crap, and everybody else is okay with crap.

Do you have any tips for completely removing the old caulk? Time to redo my tub and toilet base, but I always have a heck of a time getting all the old caulk up. Last time I used GooGone or something similar, but then the new caulk didn’t want to adhere, no matter how much I tried to clean the tile. Gotta be easier than I made it.

I just had to pick at it and cut carefully with a knife. The caulk removal tool did a great job demonstrating the elasticity of the old stuff.

Use painters tape on the both sides when you apply and it makes clean up way easier and the finished product looks great with straight lines. Take the tape off as soon as you're done as well.
